Exchange Policy

We would hope you were provided a great experience and you loved everything that you purchased. However I totally understand if some items might not workout for you. In that case we do allow exchange ONLY for store credit in a KayKamB GIFTCARD form. We have a 7-day return policy  from the date delivered (NO EXCEPTIONS). Returned items will be available only for EXCHANGE. REFUNDS will not be provided. Original shipping cost will not be REFUNDED.

 To initiate an exchange for clothing items, you must begin the process within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipment must be postmarked withing 10 days of your original delivery date.This means you have 7 days to notify us of your return, then 3 days to ship it back. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and accompanied as delivered.

Items that do not meet these requirements, or are received outside the specified time frames, are not eligible for exchange or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items failing to meet the stated criteria or arriving after the allowed period will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

All returned items undergo an inspection before the exchange is processed. If the item passes inspection, if accepted the exchange will be completed within 1-3 business days from when it was received. Items that are damaged, missing hand tags, or received beyond the time window stated above will be returned to the customer. To complete your item exchange, please email:

All return shipping charges must be paid in advance by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure your package reaches our facility safely. Additionally, please consider adding sufficient insurance to your shipment to cover the full purchase price of the item being returned. KayKamB is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled during transit. All shipping expenses related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that jewelry  and shoes sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
